I offer work that can take you on a truthful self-exploration and understanding of how our inner child and trauma responses might be keeping us stuck in the present. I also work with those who are experiencing parenting struggles at any life stage of parenting and those seeking better relationships with themselves and others in their life personally and/or professionally.

I look at my clients through an attachment and developmental lens and offer a wellness approach to helping instead of pathologizing problems. I am Gottman level 1 certified & have Relational Life Therapy training. We may look for developmental areas where you need help with coping skills and psycho-education to get you to the next chapter of your life.

I offer a non-judgemental stance with unconditional positive regard, but also, as needed, a no-nonsense view on exploring the self and relationships. I am here to journey as deep as you are willing to go or just to be a sounding board for thoughts and feelings that you feel you can not share with anyone else.
